Step 2: Select or Develop Your Products
With a clear strategy, you can now select the perfect sinks for your portfolio. You have two primary paths with CreaVe
- Path A: Choose from Our Extensive Collection. Gain speed-to-market by selecting from our vast library of market-proven designs. We offer over 500 sets of molds for stainless steel sinks and 100+ for quartz granite sinks.
- Path B: Co-create with Our R&D Team (ODM). Have a unique vision? Our 40+ member R&D and technical team is ready to turn your concept into a reality. From initial sketch to 3D modeling and final prototype, we manage the entire development process.
Step 3: Customize for Your Brand (OEM/ODM)
Make the product truly yours. Differentiation is key in a competitive market. We offer a comprehensive suite of customization options
Available customizations include:
- Branding: Laser-etched or embossed logos.
- Material & Finish: Specific stainless steel grades (e.g., 304, 316), thickness, and advanced surface treatments from our in-house PVD and Nano-coating lines.
- Accessories: Custom-fit bottom grids, strainers, and drying racks.
- Packaging: Branded boxes, installation manuals, and protective materials designed for safe transit and a superior unboxing experience.
Step 4: Receive Quote & Approve Samples
Transparency and clarity are paramount at this stage. Once product specifications and customizations are confirmed, we provide a detailed quotation.
- Submit Your Request: Provide us with your chosen models, quantities, and customization details.
- Receive Detailed Quote: Expect a comprehensive quotation from our specialists, typically within 8 working hours, outlining unit price, mold costs (if any), MOQ (e.g., 100pcs for handmade), and estimated lead time.
- Sample Production & Approval: Upon quote approval, we proceed with sample production for your final evaluation and sign-off.
Step 5: Place Order & Mass Production
With the sample approved, we are ready for mass production. Your order is officially entered into our production schedule
- Production Kick-off: Our 50,000+ sqm facilities and 400+ skilled employees get to work.
- Rigorous Quality Control: Every stage, from raw material inspection (we keep ≥500 tons of stainless steel in stock) to final product testing, is monitored.
- Real-time Updates: Your dedicated contact person will provide you with regular updates on the production status.
Step 6: Logistics & Global Delivery
Your products are manufactured, inspected, and perfectly packed. The final step is getting them to you, wherever you are in the world.
We handle the complexities:
- Flexible Shipping Terms: We work with various incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.) to suit your logistical needs.
- Experienced Export Team: We manage all necessary export documentation for a smooth customs clearance process.
