Key Installation Principles:
Verify Countertop Cut-out
Before any installation, place the sink on the countertop to verify the cut-out dimensions are correct, ensuring a proper fit.
Use All Supplied Hardware
Always use the mounting clips and hardware provided with your CreaVe sink to ensure a secure and even attachment to the countertop.
Apply Sealant Correctly
Apply a continuous bead of high-quality, mold-resistant silicone sealant around the sink’s rim (for topmount) or countertop cut-out (for undermount) to create a watertight seal.
Check for Level
After placing the sink, check that it is level from front to back and side to side before final tightening of clips.

Ensure Adequate Cabinet Support
Due to the sink’s weight, the cabinet must have adequate structural support built to hold the full weight of the sink when filled with water. Failure to do so may void the warranty.
Professional Countertop Cut-out
We recommend the countertop cut-out be performed by a professional stone fabricator for precision and safety.
Create a Watertight Seal
ust like stainless steel sinks, use a high-quality silicone sealant to prevent any water leakage between the sink and the countertop.
Allow Sealant to Cure
Follow the sealant manufacturer’s instructions for curing time before using the sink. Do not put any weight in the sink until the sealant is fully cured.

Stainless Steel Sinks
DO'S
- Rinse and dry daily to prevent water spots and mineral buildup.
- Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap, always wiping in the direction of the steel grain.
- Use specialized cleaners for PVD & Nano coated sinks to protect the finish.
- Address "rust" spots (from external iron) promptly with a non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner.
DON'TS
- Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach, oven cleaners, or drain clog removers.
- Do not use abrasive pads like steel wool or scouring powders.
- Don't let wet sponges, salty foods, or corrosive liquids sit on the surface.
Quartz / Granite Sinks
DO'S
- Clean daily with a soft cloth and soapy water for most situations.
- Tackle tough stains (e.g., wine, coffee) with a paste of baking soda and water.
- Always use trivets or mats for hot pots and pans to prevent thermal shock.
